Full-time Radiation Detection Specialist and Customer Liaison

at Arktis Radiation Detectors in Zurich CH

Job description:

In this position you will have a bridge function between the development team and the sales team. You will support the sales team with technical knowledge to understand customer requirements. You are capable of intuitively assessing the fit of Arktis’ products to customer requirements and defining the gaps for developers and sales team members’ understanding. You will meet with customers and distributors often accompanied by senior sales personnel conducting sales calls. You will report directly to the Head of Sales. Based on your in-depth understanding of our products (which you will acquire during the first months at Arktis) and their differentiation from competitors’, you will brief customers in government and industry, understand their needs, and offer them a solution to their specific needs based on our products.

  • Meet with customers in government and industry to assist in closing deals
  • Evaluate government tenders and draft white papers and proposals in their response
